Start wondering why I am out… few people around, and now only handful of restaurants and bars open for dining/snacking/drinking options; no eye candy but big waves running/racing to shore, pushing sand back to where they were belonged
Closer to nature, I guess… instead of admiring varieties of prettiness of ocean of white beach side from high above daily, I still need put feet in the water occasionally while listening to the infinite symphony of the wind wave bird chirping and tree dancing
‘Lonely’, it is a word surprisingly from a waitress at a white beach front coffee shop that day however, shocked me a bit… as I thought staffs working hard in the past would totally appreciate/embrace the golden opportunity, to finally indulge themselves in this super leisure moment/pace of the life, spending more time with beloved family
Guess I am wrong… too many suffered pay cut or lost job, or people nowadays only care about how much they can make, simply not used to cherish what they have at the moment
Oh BTW, Habagat (southwest monsoon) arrived at the night of Jun 1, and amazingly stayed since… Boracay was then thoroughly washed out with days of tail effect from a furious tropical storm, big waves and strong wind appeared and indeed helped accelerate the restoration of white beach coastline; and as you know, once the weather passed away, the stunning beauty of the island continues as a wow
P.S. FIFA world cup started at 11pm on Jun 14 and what a soundly 5-0 start the host Russian has set… perfect time to watch live game/matches with real time cheers for the goal/score 😉
